Because we work directly on your phone—flashing custom ROMs, installing proprietary OS features, and integrating advanced hardware safeguards—our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and centered on your satisfaction.

1. Scope of This Policy

Your smartphone is as unique as you are, and our Kavach services are crafted to match that individuality. This Return & Exchange Policy applies only to the specialized work we perform when you send your device to us—nothing else. It covers all three Kavach tiers:

  • Kavach Lite
    When you choose Kavach Lite, our expert technicians completely replace your stock operating system with a lean, performance‑tuned custom ROM. We surgically remove unnecessary background services, optimize memory allocation for your most‑used apps, and harden system components against common exploits. This service is purely software, but it transforms a sluggish, bloated phone into a responsive, security‑fortified powerhouse.

  • Kavach Premium
    Kavach Premium steps up from a customized ROM to our own Kavach OS, built from the ground up for privacy and productivity. Beyond the speed and stability of Lite, Premium includes on‑device encryption of all your personal files, hyper‑granular permission controls so you decide exactly what each app can—and cannot—do, and built‑in focus tools (timers, monochrome dimming, “digital detox” nudges) that help you resist time‑wasting apps. Again, this tier is exclusively software work on your device.

  • Kavach Ultimate
    For the ultimate in control, we combine every Premium feature with hardware‑level safeguards that no amount of software hacking can override:

    • Physical Kill‑Switches: True hardware switches that sever power to your camera, microphone, Wi‑Fi, mobile data, or GPS circuits—completely bypassing the OS.

Important:
This policy does not cover any accessories you buy separately, third‑party parts you or someone else install, or phones you keep—it applies only to devices physically sent to Anusarveshu for Kavach Lite, Premium, or Ultimate service, and only to the software, hardware we ourselves integrate.

2. Return Eligibility

Your smartphone is one-of-a-kind—and so is each Kavach transformation we perform. Because our services involve bespoke, device-specific modifications at both the software and (for Ultimate) hardware levels, traditional retail returns simply do not apply. Instead, we back our craftsmanship with an ironclad Rework & Repair Guarantee, designed to give you complete peace of mind within transparent, clearly defined warranty windows.

2.1 Rework & Repair Guarantee

If your device exhibits a defect or failure that stems directly from our installation or modifications, you’re entitled to a no-cost rework, repair, or component replacement—provided the issue meets the following criteria:

a. Warranty Periods

  • Kavach Lite: Six months of worry-free performance from the moment your device returns home.

  • Kavach Premium: A full six-month support window to keep your proprietary Kavach OS running flawlessly.

  • Kavach Ultimate: One year of comprehensive coverage, extending to both our software refinements and all hardware safeguards we integrated.

Why We Chose These Durations: These timeframes reflect common device upgrade cycles and give you ample time to uncover any hidden issues—whether they surface immediately or emerge down the road.

b. Scope of Coverage

  • Software Issues (All Services):

    • Boot loops or failure-to-boot scenarios introduced by our custom ROM or Kavach OS.

    • Stability regressions, unexpected reboots, or performance slowdowns traceable to our software work.

    • Misconfigured privacy or permission settings that block legitimate app functionality.

    • Feature malfunctions, such as inactive focus-mode timers or monochrome overlays.

  • Hardware Issues (Kavach Ultimate Only):

    • Physical kill-switches that do not sever power to camera, microphone, Wi-Fi, mobile data, or GPS as intended.

    • RDEL LED indicators that fail to illuminate, flicker incorrectly, or remain unresponsive.

    • SIM-tray lock mechanisms that refuse to engage or disengage under your fingerprint or PIN.

c. Exclusions

Coverage under our Rework & Repair Guarantee does not extend to:

  • User-Caused Damage: Drops, liquid immersion, extreme temperature exposure, or any physical harm occurring after we return your device.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Third-party firmware flashes, root exploits, or hardware tinkering performed outside our workshop.

  • General Wear & Tear: Natural battery capacity decline, surface scratches, port wear, and connector fatigue over time.

d. Verification & Timing

  • Report Within Warranty: You must notify our support team at support@anusarveshu.com before your warranty window closes.

  • Reproducible Condition: We may request logs, screenshots, or videos to reproduce the issue in our lab.

  • No Tampering: We reserve the right to inspect your device; evidence of unauthorized changes will void warranty coverage.

2.2 Device Bricking & Full-Process Failures

In the unlikely event that your device becomes fully unresponsive or “bricked” due to our software process, Anusarveshu accepts full responsibility. We will:

  1. Attempt Full Recovery: Exhaust every technical avenue to restore your original firmware or Kavach installation.

  2. Offer a Replacement Device: If recovery fails, we will provide a comparable replacement (same or similar model) at no cost.

Should a deeper software flaw emerge post-installation—where even stock software fails to revive your phone—we will:

  1. Reinstall Stock Firmware: Return your device to its original factory state.

  2. Issue a Full Refund: If the device remains unstable or fails after that reset, we will process a complete refund of your service fee—provided the root cause is traced to our work.

And for kavach ultimate it’s a whole different thing as we were modifying hardware things we cant reverse certain things hence we will try to make device look as you provided the device to us will not only refund the whole amount but also give you a certain minimum requires amount for buying those parts which are damaged .

Refund & Replacement Conditions: These remedies apply only when the failure is demonstrably caused by our installation or modification process. Out-of-scope issues remain subject to standard rework or repair fees.

3. Service Cancellation

Life is unpredictable, and we respect your right to change your mind—up until the very moment our precision work begins. Our Service Cancellation policy ensures you receive fair refunds based on how far along your order is in our process:

  • Before Pickup / Pre-Service:
    If you decide to cancel before our courier collects your device or before any diagnostic steps commence, we’ll issue a full refund of your service fee, minus only any non-refundable payment gateway charges.

  • After Pickup but Before Modification:
    Should you cancel after your phone has been picked up but prior to factory or custom ROM installation, hardware calibration, or any physical alterations, we will process a partial refund. The deducted amount will cover actual logistics and inspection costs (courier fees, initial device assessment). You will receive the balance promptly.

  • Once Service Begins:
    At the moment our expert technicians start applying software tweaks or hardware integrations—creating a one-off, bespoke configuration for your specific device—we cannot reverse the process. No cancellations or refunds are available once work is in progress, because each step is custom-tailored to you. And as for kavach ultimate we cant reverse certain things like the frame and etc. we will try to provide certain percentage of the amount so that you can buy new parts for your device minimum requirements needed.

4. Exchanges (Kavach Ultimate Hardware Only)

When you choose Kavach Ultimate, you entrust us with not only your software but also precision hardware installations—kill-switches, RDEL LEDs, and SIM-tray locks. If any of these bespoke components fail under normal use within the one-year warranty window, we’ll guide you through a hassle-free exchange process:

  1. Remote Diagnosis:

    • Our dedicated support team will walk you through quick, step-by-step troubleshooting over email or phone. Often, a simple recalibration or firmware update is all that’s needed.

  2. Pickup & Inspection:

    • If the issue persists, we arrange a complimentary courier pickup of your device. Once it arrives, our engineers perform an in-depth, hands-on inspection to pinpoint the defect.

  3. Repair or Replacement:

    • Confirmed hardware defects—such as an unresponsive kill-switch, dark or flickering RDEL LEDs, or a non-engaging SIM-tray lock—are repaired or swapped using brand-new parts, all at no cost to you.

  4. Device Continuity:

    • We value your unique configurations and data. Instead of providing a loaner or swap unit, we repair your original device, ensuring that all personalized settings and software remain intact.

  5. Refund and exchange

    • If you want any form of refund ,exchange or return than we wil not only put the stock firmware in the smartphone but also will do the things that are possible because few things are irreversible but in case of damage from our side we have all the responsibility for that device and will process whole refund.

6. Non‑Refundable & Non‑Returnable Scenarios

While our ironclad guarantees cover workmanship errors and hardware defects, certain situations fall outside our scope of responsibility. In the spirit of full transparency, here are the scenarios where returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available:

  1. User-Induced Damage Post-Service:

    • Any physical harm occurring after your device is returned—drops, spills, exposure to extreme temperatures, or other accidents—invalidates warranty claims related to those incidents.

  2. Unauthorized Third‑Party Modifications:

    • If the device has been rooted, flashed with unsupported firmware, or had components altered by anyone other than Anusarveshu, we cannot guarantee stability or safety, and any prior warranties become void.

  3. Natural Wear & Tear:

    • Batteries naturally lose capacity over time, connectors may loosen with frequent use, and minor cosmetic marks may appear. These age‑related changes are considered normal and are not eligible for repair or refund under this policy.

  4. Cosmetic or Preference-Based Concerns:

    • Preferences such as LED brightness levels, haptic intensity, or aesthetic choices (button texture, finish color) that do not impair core device functionality are not grounds for exchange or refund.

  5. Irreversible Hardware Integrations:

    • Certain Kavach Ultimate hardware mounts or modifications (e.g., internal rerouting for kill-switch wiring) cannot be completely undone without risking device integrity. Such irreversible alterations are clearly communicated before service and, consequently, cannot be refunded once installed.

  6. Out-of-Warranty Requests:

    • All service requests submitted after the applicable warranty period (6 months for Lite & Premium, 1 year for Ultimate) will be considered out-of-warranty. We may offer paid repair options, but returns, exchanges, or free refunds are no longer available.

  • Inspection Fees for Out-of-Scope Issues:
    In the rare case our technicians discover that the problem falls outside warranty coverage—such as user-induced damage or unauthorized modifications—we’ll:

  • Turnaround Time:

  • Pre‑Service Cancellations: As outlined in Section 3, when you cancel before any work begins, you receive a full refund (minus non‑refundable gateway fees).

  • Significant Service Failures: In the exceptional event that we cannot remedy a covered issue within a reasonable timeframe—despite best efforts—we may, at our sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund of your service fee.

All refunds will be:

  • Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Adjusted only for non‑refundable fees (such as courier charges already incurred or payment gateway transaction fees).
