1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel your preorder before the product has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@anusarveshu.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • We will process your cancellation request promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return process to return the product for a refund.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Preorder Cancellations: If you cancel your preorder before the product has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Returned Products: If you receive your product and wish to return it, you must follow our return process. Refunds for returned products will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Return Process:

  • To return a product, email us at support@anusarveshu.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number after paying the return courier amount [Customer has to pay for returns unless and until return reason is Damaged/Wrong Item].
  • Return the product to us within 4 days of receiving your RMA number.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition, with all accessories and manuals included.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product or processing the cancellation request.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Reason for refund “No longer Needed”
